The zoo is filled with so many wonderful different animals. But it's easy to get lost. In this activity, students make their own zoo and give directions to their classmates to help them find them. Includes - zoo map, 15 animal cards, worksheet. How to use: 1. Students put the 8 animals they want in their zoo, anywhere they want. You can glue the cards, or keep loose so the zoo can be changed. 2. Make a pair. Decide the order. Students ask 'Where is the (lion)?' The partner gives directions to that animal - 'go straight (for 2 blocks), turn left (at the first corner), you can see it on your right, etc.
