A good classroom is built on good friendships and connections. In this worksheet students try to find connections between their classmates. How to use: 1. Students write an original question in the middle of the web. It can't use one of the items already on the worksheet. 'I like (blue).' 2. All students start in the middle of the web. They need to find someone who likes that item. They find a partner and ask 'Do you like (blue)?' If the partner says 'Yes, I do.' then write their name in the space. Now that student can ask a new question that connects to the middle of the web. As students collect more and more 'Yes, I do.' answers they can ask more questions. If the student answers 'No, I don't.' Then don't write anything. Find a new partner. 3. Students can only ask questions that connected to a space where they have written a name. Students start from the middle and spread out. It's a good idea for students to color the connections between spaces so it's easier to see what they can ask.
